Electricity at Work Regulations

The Electricity at Work Regulations place a legal responsibility on employers, employees and self-employed persons to comply with the provisions of the regulations and take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that no danger results from the use of such equipment.

At Francis Perry Electrical contractors we are able to inspect, test and certify all manner of portable appliances that may be in use in your workplace.

We can also schedule Electrical Condition Reports (ECR) to ensure your electrics conform to the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974).

IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

The IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) for the safety of electrical installations for buildings have become the standard for the UK and many other countries. We inspect, test and provide certification of electrical installations, and can replace faulty wiring that does not conform to this safety standard.
